Remark: During the sales period, returns are not allowed, only exchange.

If this product does not bring you entire satisfaction, you have 7 days to return it to get a refund or exchange, in the extent of available stocks.

- Refund: On condition that the products are still in their original condition, the purchaser will receive a full refund of purchase price without the shipping costs and the return shipment costs remain at his charge


- Exchange: Re-expedition costs are free for the purchaser in the limit of one exchange.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

 

- TheNextdoor is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items // the shipping cost  will never be included into the refund.

 

- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.

 

- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused.

 

- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

 

- TheNextdoor cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

 

- If returned an item from outside the France, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges.

 

- TheNextdoor is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
